Pennington had an MRI performed Monday morning (results still pending) and HC Sparano has not ruled him out for Week 4. Pennington has twice had surgery on that same shoulder. Update: Pennington is reportedly seeking a 2nd opinion, but early reports are that he has a ruptured capsule in his throwing shoulder and will miss the rest of the season. |

Update: Gore will reportedly miss 3 weeks (including the Week 6 bye) with the injury. |
